With over a decade of experience coaching thousands of high-performing men and corporate leaders, I’ve seen firsthand what separates temporary change from lasting transformation, and it’s never just discipline alone. As a competitive athlete, bodybuilder, CrossFit and yoga certified coach, I believe in integrating all modalities of fitness strength, mobility, mindfulness, and recovery to create a system that builds not only the body but the identity of a true leader.

I’ve lived through injuries, setbacks, and the constant pursuit of balance as an entrepreneur and mother, which taught me that performance is not about intensity, it’s about alignment.Today, I bring that philosophy to my work as a corporate wellness strategist and speaker, helping organizations and executives optimize their energy, focus, and longevity through movement, nutrition, and evidence based recovery systems.
